Reopening Mott Library: SERVICES

Mott Library is now open for business.

Mott Library is open. You are required to wear a mask and be prepared to do a temperature check when entering the building.

While we are no longer requiring appointments, they are still highly recommended. You can either call or use the myLIBRO app to make an appointment.

Library materials may be returned in the book drop found in Lot A or the book drop to the left of the library entrance.

Libro LogoMott Library is using the MyLibro app to schedule appointments for non-contact pick-ups and virtual Research Help. No walk-in services are available at this time.

Circulation Services

Mott Library's Circulation Desk will be closed to the public until further notice (beginning November 18.) 

Our Circulation staff can assist with:

  • Library fines
  • Course reserves
  • Issues with your library account
  • Finding your library barcode
  • The Library of Things
  • Computer lab, study rooms, and study space use

Reference Services

Reference services will continue to be offered virtually.

Mott Library Reference staff are available to assist with:

  • Using the library catalog
  • Using the library's electronic resources
  • Conducting research
  • Developing LibGuides for specific courses
  • Providing library orientations to classes

Individual Research Help appointments can be scheduled through the MyLibro app. Quick questions can be answered through Library Chat.
